Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Solok Premiere Hotel Syariah

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana karakter kepemimpinan mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja di sektor perhotelan. Penelitian ini mengkaji interaksi dan kontribusi elemen ini terhadap hasil keseluruhan organisasi. Serangkaian survei terstruktur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 31 pekerja Solok Premiere Hotel Syariah. Menurut hasil penelitian, kinerja karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan; R Square yang Disesuaikan sebesar 0,130 menunjukkan bahwa 13% varians dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dikaitkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Solok Premiere Hotel Syariah dengan meningkatkan efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan.

This study examines the impact of leadership characteristics on employee productivity within the hospitality sector. It investigates the interaction and contribution of these elements to the overall outcomes of the organization. A series of structured surveys were employed to gather data from 31 employees at Solok Premiere Hotel Syariah. The findings indicate that employee performance is significantly influenced by leadership style; the adjusted R Square of 0.130 suggests that 13% of the variance in employee performance can be attributed to leadership style. This research offers strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing employee performance at Solok Premiere Hotel Syariah by improving the effectiveness of leadership styles.
