Abstract

The organizational work culture serves as a fundamental determinant in shaping employee performance. Various cultural elements: including work attitudes, discipline, teamwork, and individual responsibility—hold strategic significance in influencing both productivity and operational effectiveness. This study aims to rigorously examine the relationship between work culture and employee performance at Amaris Hotel Nagoya Hill Batam through a quantitative research approach, utilizing a sample of 30 employees as respondents. Survey data were systematically analyzed using linear regression to identify patterns of correlation among key variables.

Empirical findings reveal that work culture exerts a significant impact on enhancing employee performance, with work discipline and teamwork emerging as dominant contributory factors. The implications of this research offer managerial perspectives on developing strategic interventions to reinforce work culture, thereby optimizing human resource potential in achieving long-term organizational objectives. This study underscores the necessity of implementing targeted cultural enhancement strategies to foster optimal workforce performance in the hospitality sector. Consequently, hotel management can devise more precise policy frameworks to cultivate a conducive work environment. The findings contribute valuable insights for stakeholders in advancing work culture paradigms that bolster organizational competitiveness within the industry.
