Pengaruh Physical Evidance Terhadap Guest Satisfaction Di Parkside Nuansa Maninjau Resort

Abstract

This research discusses how the influence of Physical Evidence on Guest Satisfaction at Parkside Nuansa Maninjau Resort, which is motivated by guest complaints against Parkside Nuansa Maninjau Resort. The research purposes was to describe the impact of Physical Evidence on Guest Satisfaction at Parkside Nuansa Maninjau Resort. This study is descriptive quantitative type with sampling techniques using purposive sampling which is applied as many as 264 respondents. The technique for data collection is questionnaire through a Likert scale that the validity and reliability has been tested. The technique for analysis of data are description of data, test for analysis requirements through test of normality, homogeneity, linearity and hypothesis testing with simple linear regression test using SPSS version 23.00. The research results are Physical Evidence included in the good category with a achievement of respondent level of 77.9% and Guest Satisfaction with a respondent achievement level of 79.4% in the good category. The contribution of Physical Evidence (X) to Guest Satisfaction (Y) is 69.9% while the remaining 30.1% is impacted by another factors.
