Abstract

This existence of them motivates this investigation facilities that can boost repurchase interest at Up Coffee Lubuk Sikaping. The purpose of the study is to assess how these facilities influence customers' intentions to make repeat purchases. The research employs a quantitative data technique combined with a descriptive methodology, drawing from both primary and secondary sources. The population consists of consumers who have visited Up Coffee Padang. Purposive sampling was used to select a total of 98 respondents. The research utilizes a Likert scale questionnaire that has undergone reliability validation. The information gathered was analyzed using SPSS 25.00. Findings indicate that the facilities available are categorized as "adequate," with a rating of 54.09%. Furthermore, the repurchase interest variable yielded an F value of 10.888 with a significance threshold of 0.0001 < 0.05, suggesting a substantial relationship between variabel X and variabel Y. The relationship between the facilities and repurchase interest variables it supports acceptance the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejection the null hypothesis (Ho). The regression analysis shows the coefficient is 0.185 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, suggesting that each 1-unit improvement in facilities (X) will result in a 0.185-unit increase in repurchase interest (Y).
