Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of hotel facilities and interpersonal communication on guest satisfaction at The Trans Resort Bali Hotel. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling method, with a total of 100 respondents, which was determined based on the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software version 22. The results showed that based on the t test, the independent variable, namely hotel facilities, has a significant influence on guest satisfaction. In addition, interpersonal communication is also proven to have a significant effect on guest satisfaction. Through the f test, it was found that both independent variables, namely hotel facilities and interpersonal communication, simultaneously have a significant influence on guest satisfaction at The Trans Resort Bali Hotel.
