PENGARUH FASILITAS DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN TAMU MENGINAP DI FAVE HOTEL NAGOYA BATAM

Abstract

This study looks at how the Fave Hotel Nagoya Batam's location and amenities affect visitors' pleasure. A causal-associative design was used in a quantitative manner. Purposive sampling was used to choose 358 respondents who were at least 17 years old and had previously stayed at Fave Hotel Nagoya Batam. Likert-scale questionnaires were used to gather the data, and SPSS 27.00 software was used for multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, and descriptive analysis. The Facilities variable received a TCR value of 83.53% (classified as "very good") according to descriptive analysis results, but the Location and Guest Satisfaction variables received TCR ratings of 77.26% and 77.73%, respectively (classified as "good"). According to hypothesis testing, both location (t = 3.018; sig. = 0.003) and facilities have a positive and substantial impact on guest satisfaction (t = 3.596; sig. = 0.000). Additionally, Guest Satisfaction is significantly impacted by both Facilities and Location (F = 20.295; sig. = 0.000). These two independent variables account for 9.8% of the variation in guest satisfaction, with factors outside the study model influencing the remaining 90.2%, according to the Adjusted R-Square value of 0.098. These results highlight how crucial it is to maintain hotel amenities and take care of the surrounding area, especially with regard to elements that affect visitor comfort
