Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Daima Hotel Padang

The background of the decline in the performance of operational employees at Daima Hotel Padang, the purpose of the study was to “evaluate the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on employee performance. The population of the study was all operational employees totaling 51 people with a total sampling technique.” The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was arranged using a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data was evaluated using the SPSS version 20.00. The simple linear regression hypothesis test produced an F of 3.468 and sig. 0.000 <0.05. The R-squared value of 0.066 indicates that the performance variable is significantly related to the corporate social responsibility variable. The impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on employee performance is 6.6%, while other factors have a large influence of 93.4%. The hypothesis is accepted based on the findings of the basic linear regression test, which showed that employee performance is impacted by CSR. The estimated F value was 3.468 with a sign of 0.000 <0.05.
