Tinjauan Kepuasan Pengunjung Tentang Fasilitas Pelengkap di Daya Tarik Hutan Mangrove Pariaman

Abstract

This research motivation is the problem discovered of visitor satisfaction regarding complementary facilities at the Pariaman Mangrove Forest Attraction. The research purposes is to reveal and describe visitor satisfaction regarding complementary facilities at the Pariaman Mangrove Forest Attraction. The research type include in quantitative. This research employed both primary and secondary data sources. The Pariaman Mangrove Forest's tourists served as the researchs population. 398 visitors made up the research sample, which was got using a technique by non-probability sampling. A scale of Likert questionnaire that had have done for validity and reliability testing was used as the data gathering tool. SPSS 25.00 was used to process the data in this research. The research results shown that satisfaction is in the category in sufficient with a percentage of 69.09%, in the conformity to expectations indicator it is in the category in sufficient with a percentage of 73.62%, in the indicator of interest in revisiting it is in the category in sufficient with a percentage of 6.31% and in the indicator recommend to others in the category in sufficient with a percentage of 68.09%.
