Pengaruh Technostress Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract. Technostress is a phenomenon that arises due to the expansion of technology use, where there is an increase in computerization and digitalization every year. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of technostress on work productivity. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The type of research used is descriptive with quantitative data. The data obtained from this study were analyzed and interpreted in accordance with the objectives of this study. This study evaluated phenomena related to technostress in 83 respondents. The results showed that the relationship between technostress and productivity had a significant effect with F count 5.902, meaning that the Technostress variable (X) had a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity variable (Y).
